Zusammenfassung:Compensatory tracking performance was assessed during six hours of continuous exposure to random vertical vibration conditions. The results indicate that performance is significantly affected by the location of peak vibration acceleration power. Longitudinal assessment of tracking performance revealed that subjects can track and perform other tasks without serious decrement for as long as six hours while experiencing vibration acceleration intensities of 0.16g RMS.
