The Journal of Management and Administration (JMA) is published by the Management College of Southern Africa’s Graduate School of Business - Mancosa [GSB]. As part of our commitment to sustainable development and growth in conscious alignment with the millennium development goals, MANCOSA plays a leading role in contributing to the corpus of the knowledge economy. Our programme offering is reflective of this quest, and emphasis is placed on teaching, generating and publishing research which is relevant and appropriate to current global and local issues.
