Renal transplantation in primary reflux nephrophaty without nephro-ureterectomy - a report of 4 cases

If there is no evidence of infection in end-stage renal failure secondary to primary reflux nephropathy, renal transplantation can safely be performed without prior nephro-ureterectomy.
