Bronchial carcinoma : an unusual radiological finding

A case in which a pedunculated neoplasm of the right main bronchus acted as an inspiratory ball valve obstruction is descriptionbed. This action is the reverse of the classical expiratory ball valve obstruction and is extremely rare. The radiological and surgical findings are discussed.
