Zusammenfassung:The control of language was always private in the Book Age, but for the electronic media the control of language has become public and verbal. With the advent of Internet, we have the first medium that is verbal and written, private and public, individual and collective at the same time. The link between the public and the private minds is made through open and connected nets on the Planet (Derrick de Kerckhove in The skin of culture 1997) .
