Zusammenfassung:A self-activating live trap was designed to capture greywing francolins. It consists of netting stretched over a light metal frame held up by an upright pole. The net drops when a sensitive trigger mechanism is set off by contact as a bird walks under the trap. Birds are attracted by playing recorded calls from a loudspeaker positioned on the ground behind the net.
