Zusammenfassung:Microplastics have been found in our food, water, and air, raising concerns about their potential health impacts. While environmental remediation may be intractable, we should prioritize minimizing our exposure. In this context, an adhesive-coated stainless-steel filter was developed herein to remove microplastics from water. Poly(alkyl acrylate)-based adhesives are used as coatings for stainless-steel filters to enhance microplastic removal efficiencies via adsorption.
