cytotoxicity data show that

is a potent inhibitor of the growth of breast CSC-depleted HMLER and breast CSC-enriched HMLER-shEcad cells. Furthermore

markedly reduced the size and viability and significantly reduced the number of CSC-enriched HMLER-shEcad mammospheres formed.
