Zusammenfassung: | We report phosphatidylserine targeting polymer brush materials to selectively separate exosomes. This method provides an efficient separation strategy with ordinary centrifuge force, which improves the integrity and purity of the exosomes. Compared with the common methods, the content of contaminated lipoprotein in the resulting exosomes decreased obviously.
Phosphatidylserine anchoring polymer brushes were designed and applied for the selective separation of exosomes with good purity and integrity. |
