Zusammenfassung:Gram scale preparation of carbon-supported single-atom catalysts was achieved via a top-down approach starting from metallic and metalloid constituent-enriched gasification residual carbon, exhibiting superior electrocatalytic performance for CO 2 -to-CO conversion in both H-type and membrane electrode assembly electrolyzers. A "top-down" strategy has been demonstrated to transform gasification residue carbon into a Ni-N-C single atom catalyst at gram scale.
