topology. Both complexes feature photochromic behaviors, which are proved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy and EPR characterization. Furthermore, both complexes have obvious fluorescence quenching behaviors upon irradiation by using a xenon lamp.
