The operational simplicity, cleaner reaction, rapid reaction convergence, functional group tolerance, excellent yield, high selectivity, catalyst-free feature and solvent recyclability are the distinct advantages of this protocol. Owing to these merits, this protocol is feasible, economical and environmentally benign.
