Zusammenfassung:Thermolysis of the heterometal LaFe complex precusor allowed the enhancement of crystal growth to create a LaFeO 3 network structure. Improved photoelectrode properties of the electrochemical cells were caused by the higher carrier concentration of electrodes as well as the formation of single crystal domains via a sintering process that contributed to the effective charge transport.
