Zusammenfassung:We fabricate a sensitive biosensor for miRNA quantification using a graphene oxide/DNA-decorated electrode. AgNPs are modified on DNA probe, which is the complementary sequence of target miRNA. Since the hybridization between DNA and miRNA releases DNA, electrochemical signals from AgNPs are declined, which indicates the concentration of miRNA. A sensitive biosensor for miRNA quantification was fabricated by using a graphene oxide/DNA-decorated electrode.
