Here, we report the synthesis of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes with a narrow diameter distribution between 0.67 and 1.1 nm via chemical vapour deposition on graphene layers using Pt catalysts. Single-walled carbon nanotubes with a narrow diameter distribution are grown on graphene layers via chemical vapor deposition.
