Zusammenfassung:We thoroughly investigated the biological, structural and chemical stability of epidermal growth factor receptor monoclonal antibody (EGFR mAb) using choline-based buffered ionic liquids (BILs). The results demonstrated substantially enhanced stabilities in our BILs, indicating their huge promise as real-world green biological buffers for antibody storage and transportation. Choline-based buffered ionic liquids have been demonstrated to greatly inhibit enzymatic degradation of antibodies, and are promising as next-generation biological buffers.
