Zusammenfassung:A new electrochemical strategy for the simple and ultrasensitive evaluation of DNA methyltransferase (MTase) activity was developed based on electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid by graphene. In addition, the suitability of this sensing platform for MTase inhibitor screening was also demonstrated.
