Zusammenfassung:Selective adhesion, growth promotion, proliferation inhibition and in situ transformation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells have been realized in a limited space of honeycomb-patterned polystyrene films prepared through a microemulsion method. Single yeast cell pattern formation, its growth and proliferation control, and in situ transformation are achieved in the prepared honeycomb-patterned polystyrene film through a microemulsion approach.
