Zusammenfassung:In situ formation of horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-free gelatin hydrogels was achieved via ferromagnetic microbead-assisted enzymatic cross-linking. Gelation time and mechanical stiffness of the hydrogels can be tuned in situ , which makes HRP-free gelatin hydrogels suitable for injectable cell delivery. This work reports a new in situ enzymatic crosslinking method to prepare mechanically tunable hydrogels not possessing an enzyme.
