Zusammenfassung:A one-temperature strategy for the synthesis of both doped and alloyed semiconductor nanocrystals has been developed. Importantly, an intriguing band edge luminescence has been observed at high temperatures for the doped ZnCdSe system, which is attributable to the excited state reservoir role played by the Zn II doping center in the excitonic recombination process. A synthetic strategy for doped/alloyed semiconductor nanocrystals is reported, enabling achievement of band edge luminescence across a wide temperature window.
