Zusammenfassung:We report the first example of directed evolution of a P450 monooxygenase with inverted enantioselectivity for asymmetric biohydroxylation. The first example of directed evolution of a novel P450pyr monooxygenase with inverted enantioselectivity has been demonstrated.
