The interdisciplinary character of the paper raises many aspects related to generations in the face of values and threats faced by contemporary organizations. The theoretical and application character of the publication makes it possible to state that it may be addressed to a wide audience. Both scientists and students, but also theoreticians (employers, managers, HR managers), training institutions, business environment institutions and other entities interested in the issues of maintaining management of age-differentiated employees.
