Zusammenfassung:Operational tolerance after liver transplantation is an ideal goal to avoid long-term morbidities associated with chronic immunosuppressive medication use. It is achievable in a highly selected group of post-transplant recipients but requires long-term follow-up and strict monitoring. We hereby report a post-transplant case who achieved spontaneous operational tolerance after inadvertent immunosuppression withdrawal.
