In the title complex, [Pd(C H N )(CH CN) ](CF SO ) or [Pd(bipy)(CH CN) ](CF SO ) , the palladium(II) ion is fourfold coordinated by two aceto-nitrile mol-ecules and a bidentate 2,2'-bi-pyridine ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry.
