Zusammenfassung: | The incidence of gallstone spillage and gallbladder perforation has increased as a result of the rising use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The presence of gallstones in the abdomen may lead to adhesions, inflammation, infection, and obstruction of biliary ducts. Since different etiologies can occur with spillage of gallstones, variation in presentation is expected. We report a case of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy complication after four years of surgery. The patient's clinical presentation mimicked malignancy. |
