Zusammenfassung:Background: Long-term hyperglycemia is a potential risk factor for both macro and microvascular complications in Type 2 diabetes. Digital therapeutics platform can be a highly accessible and cost-effective way in helping these patients with dietary, behavior change and fitness advice aimed towards better glycemic control. Aims and Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of Diabefly ® digital therapeutics program using multidisciplinary approach in participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus having HbA1c ≥9%. Results: De-identified data of 49 participants using Diabefly ® platform was analysed. The mean age was 46.12 years and 57.14% were females.
