Zusammenfassung:Eating disorders are associated with significant medical morbidity and mortality and serious psychological impairment. Individuals seeking bariatric surgery represent a high-risk group for evidencing disordered eating and eating disorders, with some patients experiencing the persistence or onset of disordered eating postsurgery.
