Stung to the Heart
A 48-year-old woman with a history of scorpion sting was admitted with cardiogenic shock. Electrocardiogram showed ventricular tachycardia which reverted with magnesium sulphate after failed attempts with electrical cardioversion. Postcardioversion electrocardiogram showed Brugada pattern. ( ).
