Analysis of perinatal coagulation function in preeclampsia

To study the dynamic changes in perinatal coagulation function in patients with preeclampsia (PE).The general data and coagulation indexes of 290 PE patients during the perinatal period (prenatal and 1 and 3 days postpartum) and 256 healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy were investigated, and the data were analyzed.Compared with healthy pregnant women, prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB), platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), thrombocytocrit (PCT), maximum amplitude (MA), and coagulation index (CI) of PE patients decreased, and activated partial thrombin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), D-dimer (DD), platelet distribution width (PDW) and K values increased before delivery (P
