Zusammenfassung:Airport workers are a high-risk population for infectious diseases such as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In a cohort of workers at the International Airport in Colombia, the accumulated incidence of SARS-CoV-2 and seroprevalence were 23.58% and 16.03%, respectively. A seroconversion rate of 60% was found among workers with COVID-19.
