Our efforts to feed ourselves and to put food on our plates have imposed unsustainable practices on humans and the planet. Food, therefore, is at the center of one of our biggest environmental and public health challenges. What is often overlooked in discussing the obesity epidemic is the inextricable links among food, health, and the environment. |
