Zusammenfassung:A few cases have been reported in the newborn period all of which are associated with maternal history. [...]there is no evidence of intrauterine or transplacental transmission from infected pregnant women to their newborns [7]. In order to mitigate the negative effect of our inability to continue with routine review clinics during this difficult period, we shall explore the feasibility of home-based mobile-health and telemedicine technologies in addition to improved client education to ensure continuity of care for our vulnerable newborns.
