CD recurrence in the immediate post-partum period has been reported once, but never in a patient with documented dormant disease during pregnancy.Clinical Case: A 30 year old woman with recently diagnosed pre-diabetes presented with weight gain, dorsal hump, depression, oligomenorrhea, and lower extremity weakness.
