Clinical Case:
A 66-year-old white female presented to the outpatient clinic complaining of abdominal fullness with unintentional weight loss of over 30 pounds over 3 months. She had no nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. During initial evaluation, she had hepatomegaly with the liver edge palpable 4 cm below the costal margin.
