Zusammenfassung: | Pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) formation is a rare complication of Crohn’s disease (CD). As symptoms often mimic a CD exacerbation, diagnosis can be delayed leading to severe disease. After a sigmoid resection, the liver abscesses diminished rapidly. |
