Standardized Activities for Lay Patient Navigators in Breast Cancer Care: Recommendations from a city-wide implementation study

There has been an expansion of cancer navigation services provided by lay or non-clinical navigators, especially to vulnerable or underserved populations. This article provides recommendations for standard activities of lay patient navigators to improve the quality and experience of cancer care.
