Zusammenfassung: | [...]frontal lobe symptoms have not been reported frequently in the literature.3 These are more common in males with the male-to-female ratio of 9:1.1 We report an atypical case of a giant prolactinoma that presented with frontal lobe symptoms but responded remarkably well to dopamine agonist treatment. Dopamine agonists are the first-line treatment, allowing rapid improvement in symptoms in almost three-fourths of the patients. Final review: MA and MD.
