Zusammenfassung:Stokes and Purdon present their reply to Barnett et al who comments on their study about the interpretation of Granger causality analyses in neuroscience. It mentioned their work to characterize statistical properties of the traditional computation of Granger-Geweke (GG) causality and to analyze how the dynamics of the system are represented in the GG-causality measure. And the point out of Barnet et al that the issues with bias and variance in the conditional GG causality can be addressed using a state-space approach and a single-model fit.
