Zusammenfassung: | Sinus pericranii is a rare cranial venous anomaly in which there is an abnormal communication between intracranial dural sinuses and extracranial venous structures, usually via an emissary transosseous vein. We report the case of a 10-year-old boy who was successfully managed conservatively. The clinical findings, investigations and management are discussed. We focus on the long-term management of these patients, with a review of the relevant literature. |
