Complete Genome Sequence of a Strain of Bifidobacterium pseudolongum Isolated from Mouse Feces and Associated with Improved Organ Transplant Outcome

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of strain UMB-MBP-01, isolated from the feces of C57BL/6J mice. This strain was identified in microbiome profiling studies and associated with improved transplant outcome in a murine model of cardiac heterotypic transplantation.
