Zusammenfassung: | This report describes the case of a 61-year-old woman who presented with dyspnea, aortic stenosis, and coronary artery disease-typical side effects of radiation therapy for Hodgkin lymphoma. A poor candidate for surgery, she underwent successful high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention and subsequent transcatheter aortic valve replacement. This report highlights some of the cardiovascular-specific sequelae of radiation therapy for cancer treatment; in addition, possible directions for future investigations are discussed. |
