Zusammenfassung:Vascular stenosis is a relatively uncommon and often fatal sequela of mediastinal fibrosis. There are very few reports in the medical literature of endovascular treatment for concomitant bilateral pulmonary artery stenoses and superior vena cava syndrome. We report the endovascular treatment of these conditions in a 54-year-old man, and the long-term outcome.
