Zusammenfassung:To investigate the prognostic significance of patient characteristics and clinical laboratory test results in locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and in particular the impact of diabetes mellitus (DM) on the survival of patients who underwent chemoradiotherapy. We retrospectively reviewed 159 patients with locally advanced NSCLC with a focus on DM and other potential prognostic factors, using the log-rank test, and univariate and multivariate analyses to assess their association with survival.
