Zusammenfassung:	Micro-Abstract Small node-negative breast tumors represent a growing portion of breast cancer diagnoses. As treatment recommendations have evolved for this group, we report the first SEER data on chemotherapy and surgical choice by breast cancer receptor subtype for these tumors. In Iowa from 2010 to 2012, chemotherapy use correlated with recurrence risk for the 1687 women included. Relatively high rates of mastectomy were seen.
