Management of a patient with situs inversus totalis with acute cholecystitis and common bile duct stones: A case report

Highlights • We interchanged the grasper with the dissector & dissected the Calot's from the postero-lateral side. • The midclavicular trocar was used for dissection, instead of traction in traditional technique. • The epigastric trocar was used for grasping and traction, instead dissection as in the traditional technique.
