decades of life, which result from a hydronephrosis. We are presenting a case of 45-year-old lady who had right flank pain and dysuria, which were associated with right hydroureteronephrosis. Diagnosis was confirmed by doing Intravenous Pyelogram (IVP) and patient underwent an open surgical repair of the anomaly. |
