Ruptured angiosarcoma of the liver treated by emergency catheter-directed embolization

Angiosarcoma is a rare primary malignant neoplasm of the liver with a poor prognosis. Here, we report a case of a patient with a ruptured hepatic angiosarcoma which was treated by emergency catheter-directed embolization, followed by leflc-sided hemihepatectomy.
