A cell rolling cytometer reveals the correlation between mesenchymal stem cell dynamic adhesion and differentiation state

This communication presents quantitative studies of the dynamic adhesion behavior of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) enabled by the combination of cell-surface receptor-ligand interactions and three-dimensional hydrodynamic control by microtopography. Quantifying weak adhesion of mesenchymal stem cell...

Zusammenfassung:This communication presents quantitative studies of the dynamic adhesion behavior of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) enabled by the combination of cell-surface receptor-ligand interactions and three-dimensional hydrodynamic control by microtopography. Quantifying weak adhesion of mesenchymal stem cells enables detection of phenotype alterations, potentially enabling quality control for cell-based therapies.
