Zusammenfassung:Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) has been associated with several bacterial and viral infections. We presented a case report of a woman who presented to the emergency room, with influenza A virus subtype H1N1 which progressed to CAPS in the course of 17 days. We believe this is the first case that links CAPS with H1N1.
