Ultra-wide-field green (532 nm) and red (633 nm) reflectance imaging of the "sunset glow" fundus in chronic Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease

A 55-year-old man complaining of recurring obscured vision in both eyes presented to our clinic during his second episode of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease [Figure 1]a. At 2 months after recurrence, a "sunset glow" change of the fundus was observed [Figure 1]c.
